We source much of our food from the estate. Fresh fish, crabs and lobster are all landed on the quay at Clovelly daily, in season. We’re also part of the sustainable fishing partnership, to ensure our waters have lobster for generations to come. The Red Lion also has a number of vegetarian and vegan options to choose from.

Things To Do
The Harbour Restaurant has great views. Fresh fish and seafood are caught daily on the harbour, and we use as much seasonal produce as possible from Clovelly estate. The gardens supply much of the salad and vegetables in season, with Clovelly apple juice served at breakfast.
Menus change with the seasons and consequently feature the amazing produce we have on our doorstep. Seafood platters, wild Exmoor Venison and even Clovelly long horn Beef are all favourites. The restaurant is open for dinner. We serve lunch 12-2.30 from the harbour bar takeaway menu daily.
As it gets very busy with residence, booking is always advisable. If you are looking to spoil yourselves to pre-order lobster, please book with reception in advance of your arrival.
